Job Description

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing standard legal documents, including MoUs, Lease Deeds, and Service Level Agreements, under senior guidance .
  • Support the legal team in conducting property title due diligence by organizing documents and maintaining checklists .
  • Help maintain a repository of all legal documents, case files, and compliance records .
  • Conduct legal research on specific corporate, property, and regulatory matters as assigned .
  • Assist in preparing applications for legal metrology and help track product labeling compliance .
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather information required for legal proceedings and documentation .
  • Support the team by organizing case files for court proceedings and coordinating with external counsels on administrative matters .
