Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence in the lighting sector.
  • Identify and build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Follow up on tenders, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure successful closure.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in lighting and controls.
  • Support product approvals and participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and seminars.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:  Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in  Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)  or related field.
  • Experience:  2–3 years of relevant experience in lighting sales, design, or technical support.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Good understanding of lighting design principles, LED technology, and control systems.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
