Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence in the lighting sector.

Identify and build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.

Coordinate with design, estimation, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Follow up on tenders, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure successful closure.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in lighting and controls.

Support product approvals and participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and seminars.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in
Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
or related field.

Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in lighting sales, design, or technical support.

Technical Skills:
-
Good understanding of lighting design principles, LED technology, and control systems.
