Job Summary:

We are building a High-performance Team here @ROBU.IN and have vacancy for a Jr. Logistics Coordinator  to join our enthusiastic and highly motivated team. Please note this is a fresher or entry-level position & suitable for graduates of any Bachelor’s Degree.

Contract Duration: 1 Year.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream (BBA Preferred). An immediate joiner will be preferred.

Gender: Male/Female (anyone can apply).

Salary Range: 13k – 17k In hand

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Coordination with Transporter / Courier services provider for prompt daily pick-ups and delivery of shipments.

2. Providing continuous updates to internal departments throughout the shipping process.

3. Follow-up on e-mail for daily pick-up, in transit, and delivery shipment.

4. Share the POD / Acknowledgement on e-mail with internal departments.

5. Follow-ups for damaged/lost shipments with respective courier partners regarding claims procedure.

Skills Required:

1. Good written communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
3. Good time management skills.
4. Good Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel).

Job Types: Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
