We provide top-tier administrative and operational support to businesses, helping them stay organized, efficient, and focused on growth. We are currently seeking a Jr. Luxe Assistant—a proactive, detail-oriented individual ready to support our expanding client base.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle a moderate volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
✅ Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and text
✅ Create, send, and track invoices to ensure timely customer payments
✅ Maintain organized digital records, including invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
✅ Think quickly, problem-solve effectively, and know when to escalate or seek guidance
✅ Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all administrative tasks

Requirements:
✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
✔ Must pass a criminal background check (completed during the interview process)
✔ Strong writing and communication skills; correct spelling and professionalism are essential
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
✔ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
✔ Must have own computer and be computer-savvy
✔ Must have access to a quiet, dedicated workspace at home
