Jr. Machine Maintenance Executive – Bantala Leather Complex

EXPERIENCE IN LEATHER INDUSTRY MANDATORY - (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE LEATHER INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE )

● Monitor operations of Factory equipment and processes

● Review the operation of factory equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime. Identify opportunities for improvement

● Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, and ensure availability

● Manage the Factory maintenance with an emphasis on planning/ scheduling and preventive/

predictive maintenance of Machineries, Sewing equipment, and other tools

● Objective setting, plan development and performance review of factory performance

● Communicate directly with the production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work

● Communicate regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, internally and external to ensure good two way communication concerning maintenance issues.

● Ensure that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating system procedures

● Ensure implementation of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

● Prepare daily preventive maintenance schedules

● Plan for holiday breakdown maintenance works

Salary: Up to Rs. 15000 to 20000/- Per Month.

The desired candidate should have ITI Diploma or B.Sc. Freshers will be considered.
