Jr. Planning Engineer

Position: Junior Planning Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities for construction projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Support senior planners in developing baseline programs and work schedules
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Assist in manpower, material, and equipment planning
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Support delay analysis and claims documentation if required
• Ensure planning activities comply with project timelines and requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in construction planning (UAE experience preferred)
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Basic understanding of construction sequencing and project controls
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred
