In this highly visible role as a Jr. Product Manager, you will sit at the core of our business at the crossroads of strategy, product management and analytics, working closely with Executives and helping develop business strategy, growth plans and drive execution. You will make meaningful and measurable improvements impacting an abundance of both internal and external clients and customers. You will lead key cross-functional projects across the business, collaboratively working with senior leaders, and be critically involved in strategic planning, problem solving, and making decisions impacting Covr's overall business.

Work closely with CITO and Directors to lead the execution of key cross functional business initiatives, working efficiently across organization lines.

Manage tech workstreams and run weekly tech meetings to ensure activities stay on track.
- Assist & project manage in developing, leading, and implementing strategic and operational initiatives and projects to enhance revenue growth and / or improve operating margins.
- Communicate and present findings to CITO.

Define and report on both key metrics and user data to measure the performance of our operations and inform data driven decision making.
