Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Planning, execution, and monitoring of fabrication and production activities</li><li>Supervision of shop-floor fabrication works (cutting, welding, assembly, painting, etc.)</li><li>Ensuring adherence to drawings, quality standards, and safety norms</li><li>Coordination with design, quality, and stores departments</li><li>Production planning, material utilization, and reporting</li><li>Assisting in continuous improvement of fabrication processes</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in fabrication / heavy engineering / pipe supports industry</li><li>Knowledge of fabrication drawings, BOMs, and welding practices</li><li>Familiarity with shop-floor operations and production control</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
