TMB, Inc is looking for a Jr. Program Analyst to provide program management support.
Responsibilities

Be in office 2-3 days a week to support government customers.

Prepare; review; and edit analyses, briefs, reports, and summary papers.

Collect supporting program documentation and schedules for development of package analysis.

Interface with government and military personnel and other contractors.

Create and implement the use of metrics to track programming milestones.

Perform quality assurance on all reports, data, and deliverables (attention to detail is a must).

Evaluate and improve processes for efficiency.

Provide briefing analysis to government customers, military personnel, and other contractor stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Business, Finance, Engineering) or prior military experience.

2 - 5 years of experience supporting US Navy programs (shipbuilding preferred).

Must be a United States citizen.
Qualifications

Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.

Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience using Confluence databases (with macros) would be preferred.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.

Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions while in office.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions while in office.
