Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within our organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of contributing to projects involving STP/ETP design and construction, as well as Solid Waste Management (MSW/Bio-Mining).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities and schedules.
• Support the design, drafting, and review of engineering drawings and technical documents for STP (Sewage Treatment Plants), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants), and Solid Waste Management projects.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments for STP/ETP and MSW/Bio-Mining projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Track project progress and assist in preparing status reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, environmental regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience or internship exposure in the design or construction of STP/ETP and Solid Waste Management projects (MSW/Bio-Mining) is highly preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.

Skills

• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, solid waste management systems, or related environmental engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,764.06 - ₹49,811.75 per month
