Jr. QC Inspector (6 months contract duration/own visa)

• Oversees the implementation of the curing method and sees to it that it is to project specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspection of the construction units before, during, and after operation taking into account.
• Construction Units dimensions and assembly.
• Steel cage assembly.
• Types, sizes, and locations of cast-in provisions, cutouts, openings, and recesses.
• Surface finish treatment.
• Dimensional properties of cast units including cutouts and opening provisions.
• - Marking and coding of the elements.
• Monitoring the performance of the subcontractors / Suppliers as per Project Specification Requirements
• Prepares and maintains QC reports
• Inspect all units after installation.
• Ensure your competent and skill-based certificates are valid and communicate with a supervisor if getting expire.
• Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complies with legal requirements.
• Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.
• Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil

1 to 3 years UAE construction experience (preferably precast)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
