Jr. Quantity Surveyor - Infra

We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure) to support our commercial and project teams in the UAE. The candidate will assist in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and contract administration for infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing BOQ and quantity take-offs from drawings
• Support cost estimation and tender documentation
• Help in preparing interim payment applications and variations
• Maintain project cost records and documentation
• Coordinate with site engineers and senior QS team
• Assist in subcontractor evaluation and measurement works
• Ensure proper filing of all commercial documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 0–3 years experience in construction/infrastructure (UAE/GCC preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Understanding of BOQ, drawings, and measurement principles
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in QS field
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
