Jr. Recruitment Executive

Are you a Recruitment professional with a knack for fresh candidates bulk hiring? We're seeking an experienced executive to lead our bulk hiring initiatives and drive the recruitment process for multiple positions in timely manner (Target Based).

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Block 13-C, Karachi

Timing: 10am to 7pm (Morning) - Mon - Sat

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for bulk hiring to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop hiring plans.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment methods.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer management.
• Coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus drives, to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.
• Knowledge of Universities Recruitment drive process and coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in recruitment reporting through google sheets.
