What You'll Do

• Drive sales growth across our multi-state Southeast territory (helping contractors meet sales goals, residential referrals, and partnerships)
• Connect with new and existing customers — from homeowners to property managers, hotels, offices, and more
• Follow up on leads, close deals, and smash monthly targets
• Track activities and manage customer info in our CRM system (experience with ServiceTitan is a huge plus, but full training provided if you're new to it)
• Collaborate with the team to hit goals, share wins, and keep the momentum going

What We're Looking For

• No sales or industry experience required — truly entry-level!
• Positive, energetic attitude with strong people skills and a coachable mindset
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Southeast region
• Bonus: Familiarity with ServiceTitan CRM (we'll train you either way)
