- Assist Sales Team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Prepare sales documents: quotations, invoices, order confirmations, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch and delivery updates.
- Maintain sales records, customer database, and prepare basic sales reports.
- Support client communication, follow-ups, and after-sales service when needed.
Qualifications:
- Female fresher who’s eager to learn and grow with us.
- Have strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
