Jr. Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and cold calling within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market coverage and sales growth.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, sales, or B2B/B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques within a competitive environment.
  • Post secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and product positioning strategies effectively.
