- Identify and pursue new customers such as dealers, service centers, garages, and fleet operators.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand customer base in assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for auto parts and accessories.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support, handle client queries, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
- Track delivery status and proactively communicate with customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review
- Assist in the delivery of spare parts when needed to ensure timely fulfillment
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Maintain proper documentation for invoices, delivery notes, and payment receipts.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales. Experience in automotive parts sales will be considered an added advantage.
- Education: Minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
