JR. Sales Manager

We are hiring a Junior Sales Manager to support retail sales operations inside high-traffic locations. This role is ideal for someone with retail or face-to-face sales experience who is ready to step into a leadership-focused position while continuing to drive personal performance.

This is a W-2 position with weekly pay and uncapped commission potential.

Compensation

  • On-track earnings: $45,000–$73,000+ annually
  • Base pay + uncapped commission

What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example in retail, face-to-face customer interactions
  • Drive sales performance inside a retail environment
  • Assist in training and developing entry-level sales associates
  • Support daily sales goals and team metrics
  • Monitor performance and help implement improvement strategies
  • Maintain product knowledge and promotional awareness
  • Deliver strong customer service and close sales confidently

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and leadership potential

  • Availability for full-time schedule including weekends
