JR. Sales Secretary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Sales Secretary, based in El Khanka. The role involves managing administrative and clerical work, operating the switchboard, handling invoicing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the individual will provide efficient support to the sales team, ensuring high levels of organization and accuracy in their work.


Qualifications

  • 0:2 years experience
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, record keeping, and data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent Customer Satisfaction through professional and clear communication
  • Experience in handling Switchboard operations and managing incoming calls effectively
  • Ability to process work with a High Level of Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic proficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of sales processes or previous experience in a sales environment is an advantage

Work conditions

  • 6 working days per week, 10am to 6pm. Located in Khanka (onsite), we also cover transportation from Elasher Station.
  • Residence must be close to El Asher station or El Khanka.
