About the role:

You will grow daily with our experienced team, gaining insights and mentorship along the way. The successful candidate is someone who has quietly been the hardest working person in any job they’ve had. They need to be eager to develop their technical skills. This person is self-motivated and works well within a team.

We expect this team member to earn their Salesforce Admin Certification around the 6-month mark of being hired.

Balance

• Hybrid position – office in Glastonbury, CT
• In-person on Tuesdays, every other day is work from home
• 1 evening a week required (Monday through Wednesday)
• Flexibility in remainder of week to ensure a total of 40 hours for work/life balance
• We provide full work from home functionality
