SAP Specialist & Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking a versatile and highly organized professional for an onsite role based in One Loudoun, Ashburn, VA. This unique opportunity combines SAP expertise with executive support and digital engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Support (Ideal: SAP Security)

• Provide support in SAP systems, preferably with experience in SAP Security.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of SAP-related tasks.

• Executive Assistant Duties

• Manage executive calendars and coordinate appointments.
• Monitor and respond to emails with professionalism and timeliness.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and prioritize competing responsibilities.

• Digital & Social Media Management

• Maintain and update posts across platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Stay current with technology trends and ensure content relevance.
• Utilize AI tools and adapt quickly to new technologies to enhance workflow and communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience with SAP (at least 3-4 years in SAP Security preferred).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using AI tools and staying ahead of digital trends.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
