We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Jr. SEO Executive who understands every aspect of Search Engine Optimization — from On-Page to Off-Page and Technical SEO. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our organic visibility, traffic, and ranking performance across major search engines.

Key Responsibilities:
On-Page SEO
- Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and meta tags (title, description, header tags).
- Ensure URL structure, internal linking, and site hierarchy follow SEO best practices.
- Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience for SEO performance.
- Perform regular content audits and recommend improvements.
- Use schema markup and structured data to enhance search visibility.
Off-Page SEO
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Develop relationships with bloggers, journalists, and webmasters for guest posting and outreach.
- Manage business listings, directory submissions, and social bookmarking.
- Analyze and disavow toxic backlinks using Google Search Console.
- Track and report link-building effectiveness and referral traffic.
Technical SEO
- Audit and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, and broken links.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and basic website optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with PPC campaigns and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with content marketing and copywriting.
- Exerpience with Google Ads & PPC.
- Familiarity with local SEO and international SEO strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, PPC and Social Media Marketing.
