Jr. SQA Engineer

Code Avenue is searching for a detail-oriented Junior SQA Engineer to join their growing IT team.

Responsibilities:

• Work on end-to-end SDLC, STLC ,conduct smoke, Sanity, Re-Testing, UAT Testing, functional, unit, regression, and performance testing , Security Testing and closely coordinate with Project Lead and conduct Bugs Triage with project team.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback, Audit Designs with UserStories to minimize future errors.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases, bugs report, Deffered reportEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium , partially Cypress.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs by using trello/JIRALiaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and project managers) to identify system requirements and work on hot fixes for demo.
• Monitor debugging process resultsStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Perform both manual and automated testing (using tools like Selenium, k6.io) to ensure software quality.Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, or other bug-tracking tools.
• Conduct performance and load testing to verify software scalability and stability under stress.

Requirements:
Experience: 1 year

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, testing tools, and emerging trends in software quality assurance

Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, including designing audit and test cases management and bugs life cycle

Experience with different testing types, such as functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing.

Proven communication skills; Excellent written and spoken English
