Jr. Strategic Planner

We are looking for a sharp, insight-led thinker to join our Strategic Planning unit. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, strategic thinking, and a passion for understanding people, platforms, and performance. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with research, insight development, media planning and integrated strategy - helping shape strategies across creative, media, content, and PR teams.

Key Responsibilities:




    Conduct research to uncover insights into consumer behavior, media habits, market trends, and cultural shifts.

  • Translate business objectives into communication goals.

  • Support the development of integrated, multi-platform campaigns and communication strategies.

  • Contribute to media planning — including channel strategy, audience targeting, platform selection, and performance insights.

  • Frame strategic media opportunities by understanding where a brand can show up meaningfully across channels and identifying optimization opportunities across the funnel.

  • Collaborate with media, content, and creative teams to ensure strategic consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Communicate strategic plans and insights to internal and client facing stakeholders.

  • Contribute to iterative strategic reviews, helping clients optimize based on evolving insights and performance.

  • Utilize research and analytics tools to uncover insights, interpret data, turn data into recommendations, and inform strategic direction.

  • Support business development by shaping strategic, insight-driven positioning of the agency’s offerings.


Key qualifications:




    Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field.

  • Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.

  • Interest in media strategy and channel planning — ideally with some exposure to digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).

  • Familiarity with paid media tools, dashboards, or ad managers is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.

  • Agility in working style – comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across creative, media, content and PR teams.
