Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
Provide daily technical support to users and resolve issues within defined timelines.
Visit company branches regularly to inspect equipment and identify potential technical problems.
Maintain accurate records in the system and coordinate with external service providers until issues are fully resolved.
Support both on site and remote troubleshooting activities whenever required.
Ensure proper handling of company data while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
Assist in improving system performance and user experience through proactive technical support.
Monitor equipment condition and report recurring issues to support continuous improvement efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Around one year of experience will be considered an advantage, although fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
Flexibility to provide support on site and remotely, including weekends or public holidays when required.
Strong problem solving skills with a responsible and service oriented attitude.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
