Role Overview

Crewlogix Technologies is seeking a Jr Technical Project Coordinator who will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, an excellent communicator, and adept at using modern tools (including AI-based solutions) to optimize workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down user stories and requirements into actionable tasks.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
• Work independently with senior leadership, providing progress updates and managing expectations.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and project tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability and ownership.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Project coordinator in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile concepts, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without heavy supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for project management, reporting, and optimization.
• A track record of successfully delivering projects within defined timeframes and budgets.
