Jr. UI/UX Designer - Goa

We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who’s not just creative, but also open to using AI tools to boost productivity, ideation, and speed. You'll blend design fundamentals with modern tools like Figma, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and others to rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship beautiful user experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, user-friendly UI layouts for web and mobile products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups using Figma or similar tools.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Uizard, Magician plugin for Figma) for faster ideation, content, and creative brainstorming.
• Support UX research through quick surveys, AI-generated personas, or user behavior analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers for seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Ensure consistency in design systems while exploring creative solutions.
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 1–3 years of UI/UX design experience.
• Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, layout, spacing, and hierarchy.
