Job Description:

Outsource Originis hiring a Junior Video Editor who is passionate about video editing and eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and an interest in AI-based video editing tools.

You’ll work closely with senior editors and the marketing team to create engaging video content for digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos.
• Assist senior editors in creating short-form and long-form content.
• Add basic motion graphics, transitions, and effects using After Effects.
• Use CapCut and AI tools for social media and short-form videos.
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Organize files and manage multiple editing tasks efficiently.
• Make revisions based on feedback and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with video editing trends and social media formats.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in video editing (internship/freelance accepted).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with CapCut for short-form content.
• Familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, etc.) is a plus.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow.
• Willingness to learn and take creative direction.
• Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills:

• Basic color correction and sound editing knowledge.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts trends.
• Interest in motion graphics and animation.
