About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Web Developer to help bring our brand, products, and events to life through impactful, conversion-driven web experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong sense of design, and enjoys turning creative concepts into functional digital experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Support the management and day-to-day maintenance of TomFerry.com and related digital platforms.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to design and develop engaging, on-brand webpages that drive traffic, leads, and customer retention.
Build and optimize landing pages and web features for performance, usability, and maximum ROI.
Assist in improving UX/UI through thoughtful testing, user experience enhancements, and responsive design.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and update existing web pages to ensure performance and consistency across devices and browsers.
Leverage analytics and performance data to inform and improve design and development decisions.
Follow established version control protocols and maintain project documentation.
Stay current with evolving web technologies, tools, and trends to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and effective.
Participate in design tasks such as creating assets in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator as needed.
Who You Are:
1–3 years of web development experience, with a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web standards.
Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress; familiarity with Shopify (Liquid) is a plus.
Skilled in responsive design and mobile-first development.
Comfortable working in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and basic animation tools.
Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Bonus: Exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional digital experiences.
