Jr.Account Manager

We are looking for a Jr.Account Manager for our global client in the entertainment and gaming industry, based in Istandul. This role will drive growth with key retail customers and strengthen the company’s brand positioning in the market.

Job Description

• Manage and grow business with assigned key customers in line with the company’s strategy.
• Support the Sales Manager in developing and executing customer/channel plans.
• Lead new product listings and launches, ensuring strong in-store presence.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular business reviews.
• Monitor sales, stock, and payments while preparing accurate forecasts.
• Execute promotional campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
• Track competitor activities and provide insights.
• Visit stores to ensure effective execution of company products and promotions.

Requirements

• University degree
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• 5+ years of experience in the retail sector; FMCG, Gaming or Toy industry background preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with basic financial knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel)
• Strong team player, results-driven and dynamic.
• Valid driver’s license
