Jr.Accounting Clerk

A Junior Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the financial operations of an organization through various accounting and administrative tasks. Their typical job roles include:

- Organizing and processing financial transactions such as invoices, cash, checks, and vouchers.

- Posting financial transactions using appropriate accounting software.

- Reconciling transaction, budget, and expense reports for monthly reporting.

- Maintaining and updating financial filing systems for organized record-keeping.

- Assisting with accounts payable such as tracking loans, credit balances, paying invoices, and filing documentation.

- Producing financial reports including income statements and balance sheets.

- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings, and reporting discrepancies.

- Assisting in tax payments and filing, as well as payroll support and clerical office duties as needed.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, familiarity with accounting software, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records to support accounting and budgeting teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
