Job Title: Junior ArchitectJob Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Architect to support the design and development of architectural projects. The Junior Architect will assist senior architects and project managers in preparing drawings, models, presentations, and documentation while gaining practical experience across various project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, sections, and elevations
• Produce 2D and 3D models using architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Support preparation of presentations and client submissions
• Assist in preparing working drawings and construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project requirements
• Conduct site visits and assist with site inspections when required
• Revise drawings based on feedback from senior architects or clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 0–3 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software (preferred)
• Basic understanding of building systems and construction methods
• Knowledge of local building regulations and codes (preferred)
