Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our international marketing team. 🚀
🌍 What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a small, ambitious team that blends creativity, analytics, and impact. Your work will directly shape how the world sees Turkish innovation in healthcare.

Run global performance campaigns:
Build and optimize Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads to reach healthcare professionals and distributors across multiple regions.

Manage CRM & lead journeys:
Design and automate lead flows, nurture sequences, and MQL/SQL processes that turn interest into partnership.

Own content & SEO:
Help craft stories that inspire trust — blogs, landing pages, emails, and case studies that reflect Biosys’s mission and voice.

Analyze & grow:
Track data through GA4 and Tag Manager, find insights, and translate them into smarter actions.

Experiment boldly:
Embrace the

mindset. Test new ideas, creatives, and formats — growth comes through learning.

Collaborate deeply:
Work hand-in-hand with the international sales team to align campaigns, refine messaging, and celebrate every win — big or small.

⚙️ Who You Are
We’re not looking for someone who just follows playbooks. We want someone curious, driven, and hungry to grow fast — personally and professionally.
Must-Haves
-
Excellent
English
— both written and spoken (you’ll communicate daily with international teams).

1–3 years
of experience in digital marketing (preferably B2B, SaaS, tech, or healthcare).

Hands-on or solid understanding of
Google Ads
and
LinkedIn Ads
.

Experience using a
CRM
(HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).

Understanding of
SEO and content marketing
basics.

Analytical mindset:
You know what CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS mean — and why they matter.

Self-learner, quick learner:
You love exploring tools, trends, and insights — and you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do.

Creative energy:
You enjoy brainstorming messages, visuals, and new campaign ideas.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in B2B lead generation or healthcare/MedTech marketing

Familiarity with automation workflows, lead scoring, or email campaigns

Basic HTML/CSS or WordPress knowledge

Experience with Canva for visuals (Don’t worry, we have a great full-time designer in the team)

Knowledge of dashboards (Looker Studio, Data Studio)
