Juice and Smoothie Team Member - Pure Green Newtown

Job Summary

Join the Pure Green Juice and Smoothies team in Newtown, PA. We’re passionate about health and nutrition, and serving healthy, nutritious cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and acai bowls to our vibrant community! We’re looking to expand our enthusiastic team with someone that has flexible availability to help us spread wellness and create refreshing experiences.

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. This position requires a passion for the food industry, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

We are looking for people with flexible, long-term schedule availability. We are not hiring for summer-only or short-term positions at this time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items following Pure Green’s recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and ensuring accurate orders.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including prepping fresh ingredients and restocking supplies.
• Operate the point-of-sale system (e.g., Square) and handle cash/credit transactions efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure product freshness.
• Engage with customers to promote Pure Green’s mission of health and wellness.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and some early mornings (e.g., opening shifts starting at 6:30 AM).
• Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required—training provided.
• Food handler’s certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, wellness, or Pure Green’s mission is a must!

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
