As a Team Member at Juice n Bowls, you are the face of our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting beautiful, nutritious menu items while providing top-tier service to our customers. Whether you’re masterfully slicing fresh fruit during a stocking shift or engaging with guests at the register, your goal is to maintain a high-energy, spotless, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Artistry: Master the entire menu, including smoothies, juices, oatmeal, acai bowls, and toasts, ensuring every order meets our quality and presentation standards.
• Precision Prep: Execute "stocking shifts" involving precision fruit and vegetable cutting and topping preparation.
• Tech & Service: Provide high-energy customer service and gain mastery over the Square POS system for efficient order processing.
• The "Spotless" Standard: Work as a team player to maintain a pristine shop through thorough, daily deep cleaning of the entire facility.
• Operational Support: Handle heavy produce deliveries and ensure inventory is organized and fresh.

Requirements (Reliability is Key)

We are a small, fast-paced team that relies heavily on every member. To be successful here, you must meet the following:

• 100% Punctuality: We have a zero-tolerance policy for unexcused absences. You must be committed to your scheduled shifts without calling off.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a high-intensity environment, and lift between 30–50 lbs (produce boxes).
• Compliance: Must possess (or be willing to obtain) a Food Handler’s Card and strictly follow all health code and grooming standards.
• Performance-Driven: Ability to adapt to varying hours (15–25 hours/week) based on performance and shop needs.
