Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you are the face of our shop and the engine behind our quality. Your role involves:

• The Art of Prep: Mastering "stocking shifts" involving precision fruit and vegetable cutting. You’ll ensure every topping looks as good as it tastes.
• Menu Mastery: Learning to craft our entire menu—from nutrient-dense juices to aesthetically pleasing acai bowls—with speed and consistency.
• Tech-Savvy Service: Providing world-class customer service while mastering the Square POS system for seamless transactions.
• The "Clean Team" Standard: Maintaining a spotless environment. We pride ourselves on a "white glove" shop, requiring daily deep cleaning and organization.
• High-Energy Execution: Standing for long periods and moving with urgency during peak rushes to ensure every guest is served promptly.

Requirements (Reliability is Key)

We are a small, dedicated team that relies on one another. To maintain our high standards, we require:

• Unwavering Punctuality: We have a zero-tolerance policy for unexcused absences. We need team members who are 100% committed to their shifts and understand the importance of showing up for their coworkers.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, work in a high-tempo environment, and lift produce boxes weighing 30–50 lbs.
• Certification: Possession of (or willingness to obtain) a valid Food Handler’s Card.
• Professionalism: Strict adherence to all health code regulations and company grooming standards.
• Team Mindset: A positive, helpful attitude even when the shop gets busy.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16.90/hour + Tips (Tips can significantly increase your take-home pay!).
• Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week (Hours may vary based on performance and shop needs).
