Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you are the face of the shop and the artist behind our menu. Your role includes:

• Mastering the Menu: Learning to craft our entire lineup, including precision-made acai bowls, nutrient-dense smoothies, cold-pressed juices, oatmeal, and artisanal toasts.
• The "Stocking Shift": Executing prep work with excellence—this involves precision fruit and vegetable cutting and topping preparation to ensure our ingredients are fresh and beautiful.
• Customer Experience & Tech: Providing high-energy, "above and beyond" service while mastering the Square POS system for fast, accurate transactions.
• The "Spotless" Standard: We take pride in our shop. You will participate in thorough, daily deep cleaning of the entire store to maintain a pristine, health-code-compliant environment.
• Heavy Lifting & Stamina: Handling produce deliveries (lifting 30–50 lbs) and staying on your feet in a high-intensity, fast-paced setting.

Requirements (The "Must-Haves")

We run a tight ship and rely heavily on one another. To be successful here, you must meet the following:

• Unmatched Reliability: We have a zero-tolerance policy for unexcused absences. We require 100% punctuality and team members who are fully committed to their scheduled shifts.
• High Energy: You bring a positive attitude and a sense of urgency to every shift.
• Professionalism: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Food Handler’s Card and strictly adhere to all health code and grooming standards.
• Team Player: A "no task is too small" mentality. You are just as happy deep-cleaning the floors as you are hand-crafting a bowl.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16.90/hour + Tips.
