Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you are the heart of our operations. You will be cross-trained in all areas of the shop to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

• The Art of the Menu: Master the craft of our entire menu, including signature acai bowls, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, oatmeal, and artisanal toasts.
• Precision Prep: Execute "stocking shifts" with a focus on quality, including precision fruit and vegetable cutting and topping preparation to keep our line fresh.
• Customer Experience: Provide high-energy, "customer-first" service while mastering the Square POS system for efficient, tech-forward transactions.
• The Gold Standard of Clean: Work as a dedicated team player to maintain a spotless environment through thorough, daily deep cleaning of the entire store (floors, equipment, and prep surfaces).
• Efficiency: Navigate a high-volume environment while maintaining strict attention to detail and food presentation standards.

Requirements (The Essentials)

We are looking for individuals who are as dependable as they are talented. Success in this role requires a professional, "no-excuses" approach to attendance.

• Unwavering Reliability: Reliability is our #1 priority. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unexcused absences. We require 100% punctuality and team members who are fully committed to their scheduled shifts without calling off.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and lift produce boxes weighing between 30–50 lbs.
• Certifications & Standards: Must possess (or be willing to obtain) a valid Food Handler’s Card and strictly follow all health code and grooming standards.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and operate digital point-of-sale systems.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16.90/hour (minimum wage) + Tips.
• Schedule: Approximately 15–25 hours per week. (Hours may vary based on performance and shop needs).
