Juice Bar / Multistation @ Midtown Miami

**FULL TIME - 7:30am-3:30pm - Saturday through Wednesday**

Hi! We're looking for a Juice Bar and host/server attendant, someone with some food service or serving experience, to join our neighborhood café. We've been around for almost 15 years and are a staple of the midtown area.

We offer delicious, homemade, healthy, breakfast, brunch and light-lunch items, great customer service and a collaborative work environment. If you have experience working and/or serving in a café-type environment, enjoy taking good care of people, a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment, and want to have fun while working hard, we'd like to meet you!

Responsibilities:

This post is for FULL TIME position, 5-day Juice Bar and host/server attendant from Saturday through Wednesday. Our juice bar/hosts/servers/multi station team members, as part of the front of the house staff, greet and seat customers, take orders, answer questions, run food, clean tables, collaborate with other multiple restaurant related tasks, and are open to cover other stations like the barista and juice bar stations when needed. Cleaning (including the restroom), organizing, helping keep stations and customer contact areas spotless, smiling, being kind and respectful are all part of the job.

Our server-hosts must be able to:

• Stand at our host stand whenever not taking orders
• Greet our customers
• Learn our menu and POS (Toast) system quickly and thoroughly
• Take customer orders and be knowledgeable about our menu
• Have the ability to upsell throughout the customer's visit
• Listen and communicate attentively and effectively with customers and the rest of the staff
• Work from 7:30am to 3:30+ pm most days
• Work +/- 8 hours daily standing up
• Be available on weekends and holidays
• Reach, bend, kneel, climb on a ladder, lift up to 50lbs
• Help maintain clean and organized work stations, show attention to detail
• Cross-train in other stations of the café
• Collaborate with opening, closing and cleaning duties
• Be efficient, calm, composed, while offering great customer service
• Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment

Pre-Reqs:

• Min 1 year of experience working at a fast-paced full service café or restaurant (strongly preferred)
• US work authorization (required)
• Ability to communicate in English (required)
• Ability to reliably commute (required)

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
