Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, coffee beverages, and food items with precision and flair
• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and offering product recommendations to enhance their experience
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and smooth café operations
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and equipment regularly to keep the café fully prepared for customer demand
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling bowls, snacks, or light meals while adhering to food safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or background in coffee service is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
