Juice & Beverage Maker / Mocktail Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Beverage Maker / Mocktail Specialist who can prepare high-quality mojitos, mocktails, and casual beverages with consistency and speed. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of drink preparation, presentation, and hygiene, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare mojitos (classic and flavored) with proper technique and consistency
• Make a variety of mocktails, fresh juices, and cold beverages
• Handle ingredients preparation (cutting fruits, mint handling, syrups, garnishes)
• Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and portion control
• Ensure the beverage station is clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Work efficiently during busy hours and coordinate with kitchen/service staff
• Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage

Requirements

• Previous experience as a juice maker, barista, or mocktail maker
• Good knowledge of mojito preparation and drink mixing techniques
• Ability to work quickly and consistently under pressure
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and team spirit
• Reliable and punctual
