Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service with a smile, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Prepare and serve fresh smoothies, acai bowls, juices, and other food and beverage items according to company standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, adhering to all food handling regulations
• Manage time efficiently during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
• Engage with customers to promote menu items, upsell products, and enhance overall satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, café, or retail environments is preferred, especially barista or coffee experience
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
