Juice Maker

We are looking for a vibrant, detail-oriented Juice Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our juice bar, responsible for crafting high-quality, nutritious, and delicious juices, smoothies, and wellness bowls. Your primary goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by combining fresh ingredients, maintaining a spotless environment, and sharing your passion for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and prep fresh fruits and vegetables. Operate commercial juicers, blenders, and food processors to craft menu items precisely according to recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cash register/POS transactions.
• Product Knowledge: Guide customers through the menu, explain the health benefits of different ingredients (e.g., ginger, turmeric, kale), and happily accommodate dietary restrictions or allergy requests.
• Inventory & Stocking: Monitor ingredient freshness, discard expired items, and restock ice, cups, and produce throughout the shift. Help receive and unpack inventory deliveries.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a pristine workstation. Deep-clean juicers and blenders continuously to prevent flavor cross-contamination. Follow all local health department food safety guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a juice bar, cafe, restaurant, or retail environment is preferred but not required—we love training people with the right attitude.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly during rush hours, and lift crates of produce (up to 30 lbs).
• Communication: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills.
• Punctuality: Reliable and punctual, especially for early morning opening shifts to prep fresh produce.
