Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Animation, VFX, Game Design, Multimedia, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach basic to intermediate 3D concepts including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and basic animation principles
- Provide hands-on training using industry-standard software
- Guide students in developing professional portfolios and demo reels
- Support senior faculty during advanced classes, workshops, and production-based projects
- Assist students with assignments, projects, and practical exercises
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with current industry trends, tools, and production workflows
- Design and update course materials aligned with industry standards and animation pipelines
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling and sculpting fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of lighting, rendering, animation pipeline, and production workflow
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade technical skills
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Photoshop/Substance Painter
- Basic portfolio or demo reel
- Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage
