We are currently hiring for the Junior 3D Architect role for Dubai location.

Job Title: Junior 3D Designer & Architect (F&B / Mall Projects)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer & Architect to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in F&B outlets, restaurants, cafés, and shopping mall projects, with strong skills in architectural design, 3D visualization, and execution support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D designs, renderings, and walkthroughs for F&B outlets and retail/mall projects
• Prepare concept designs, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings as required
• Support project execution by providing design clarifications during fit-out and construction
• Ensure compliance with local authority guidelines, mall regulations, and brand standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience (F&B / restaurant / mall projects preferred)
• Strong proficiency in 3Ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray/Lumion/Corona, and Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and lighting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on restaurants, cafés, food courts, retail outlets, and shopping malls
• Familiarity with UAE fit-out standards and approval processes
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
