We’re looking for a motivated Junior 3D Artist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with up to three years of professional experience who is comfortable in Unreal Engine and excited to grow in a collaborative, creative environment. You’ll work alongside experienced artists to bring real estate sales centers and architectural digital twins to life.

What You’ll Do

• Create and refine 3D assets and environments in Unreal Engine.
• Support project teams with scene setup, optimization, and asset integration.
• Apply feedback to improve the quality and accuracy of your work.
• Collaborate with senior artists to learn workflows and best practices.
• Grow into taking on tasks independently and producing client-ready visuals.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of professional 3D production experience.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine and familiarity with modeling tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender).
• Architectural visualization (archviz) experience is strongly preferred.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and improve.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• A collaborative mindset and interest in advancing within a creative agency.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position is based in Sarasota, FL; candidates who can work onsite or relocate are preferred. Exceptional remote candidates based in the U.S. will also be considered.
