Junior Academic Operation Specialist

ECC Group is seeking two Junior Academic Operations Specialists to join our Academic Operations Department. This role is essential to ensure the smooth delivery of our online MBA & DBA programs, maintaining academic quality standards, and supporting an exceptional learning experience for our students.

You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and operating academic activities, including managing course schedules, coordinating with instructors, and ensuring that live and recorded lectures meet ECC Group’s standards.

Working Schedule

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Working Days: Saturday to Friday

Days Off: Monday & Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and update timetables, instructor profiles, and registrar data on Odoo ERP.
• Upload and manage courses, materials, assignments, and recordings on LMS.
• Monitor daily live and recorded lectures to ensure compliance with ECC quality standards.
• Audit modules (MBA & DBA) on Odoo LMS and provide feedback for improvement.
• Operate Zoom sessions and coordinate with technical staff for live lectures.
• Handle student and faculty requests related to lecture access and course materials.
• Update operation dashboards and reporting sheets.
• Provide structured quality feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in academic operations, e-learning, or service/call center QA roles.
• Strong command of English (spoken & written).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Outlook; ERP (Odoo) experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
