Job Summary
The group is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join the Client Servicing team and support one of their most important regional accounts.
This is not a traditional account management role focused only on client servicing. It is a project management-led position at the core of delivery, where structure, clarity, and operational excellence are just as important as client relationship building.
The role requires someone who can take complex briefs across multiple channels, ranging from OOH and digital to internal and corporate communications and translate them into clear, structured, and unambiguous inputs for the creative and production teams.
You will act as the operational backbone of the account, ensuring that all work moves seamlessly across disciplines, timelines are respected, and internal teams are always working from well-defined, precise briefs.
This is a high-accountability role for someone who is detail-driven, structured in thinking, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities

Build strong, genuine relationships with clients, becoming their go-to partner and trusted advisor.

Maintain proactive, clear, and consistent communication so clients always feel supported, informed, and valued.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and key check-ins with confidence and professionalism.

Coordinate the delivery of work across strategy, digital, creative, and communications, ensuring all outputs are high-quality, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives.

Keep projects running smoothly by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and anticipating challenges before they arise.

Track performance, analyse results, and provide actionable insights that help clients grow and succeed.

Identify opportunities to add value and strengthen partnerships through innovative ideas and solutions.

Support the Account Manager/Director in pitches, new business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

Prepare polished reports and maintain organised records for all client work, demonstrating diligence and attention to detail.

Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a “go above and beyond” mindset in all aspects of client service and teamwork.
Skills and Requirements

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confident leading client conversations, meetings, and presentations.

Experience in project management within agency environments, especially across integrated campaigns

Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate client needs, spot challenges early, and keep projects running smoothly.

Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to ensure quality and alignment.

A partnership mindset, always looking for ways to add value, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities within accounts.

Native or fluent Arabic, confident in Saudi dialect;
excellent written and verbal communication.
