JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

• Expert in Accounting Software particularly QuickBooks
• Bookkeeping & Accounting
• Must know how to do the Vat Return Filing
• Maintaining Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity and gathering appropriate documents.
• Familiarization on Online Banking and Payment locally & internationally
• Updating financial records via accounting software not limited to Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheets, Data Entry and so on.
• Preparation of Audit
• Clerical and Administrative Works
• Must know how to handle clients for accounts coordination
• Must know how to multi task and some office basic task
