Job Title: Junior Accountant

Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Location: Spectrum Center ,4th floor ,Old busstand ,Berhampur,Ganjam

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the finance department in managing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, invoices, and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other ledgers.
• Handle petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with the finance team for audits and internal reporting.
• Utilize Ezee hospitality software for billing and financial data management (knowledge of this software will be an added advantage).
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in Tally.
• Knowledge of Ezee hospitality software will be considered a plus.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
